1. What is so different about Zippy Freeze?
   Zippy Freeze is a unique machine, it is the only machine on the market Residential or Commercial that can make both Ice Cream and Frozen Drinks such as Margarita’s, Slushes, Smoothies etc.
   
   
2. What makes Zippy Freeze different from any other residential machine?
   Zippy Freeze is a complete refrigeration system it doesn't rely on any other source for its cooling. You can make one batch and if you want more put in another batch and its ready to go, it doesn't require any preparation you can at the spur of the moment decide to have something and you can. Plus it is the only residential machine that dispenses itself!
   
   
3. Does Zippy make Hard Ice Cream?
   No, this is a soft serve machine it makes soft Ice Cream, We recommend putting the Ice Cream in a styrofoam cup, the Ice Cream continues to harden once its in the cup.
   
   
4. What is the machine made out of?
   We use only the highest quality materials to make Zippy Freeze, we use plastic to cover the whole machine all the screws are stainless steel and the chassis is a baked on powder coat, the barrel is made of an electro polished stainless steel the motor shaft is also of stainless construction, the face plate is made of a bullet proof plastic so it won’t break in short this machine is protected against rust.
   
   
5. How does it compare to a commercial machine?
   This machine will do anything a commercial machine will do however, you would spend any where between $5,000 to $14,000, you’d also need to buy two different machines, because commercial machines either do ice cream or slush they will not do both. Zippy Freeze actually makes a better product than a commercial machine, it makes Ice Cream as smooth as a Pressure fed machine which cost $14,000.00, Margarita’s are better too because of how velvety smooth they are?
   
   
6. How long does it take to make ice cream?
   It takes About 15 minutes.
   
   
7. Are the products good for you?
   Our ice cream products are Dairy Free and Low Fat; our slushes, smoothies, margaritas, and frozen drinks are Dairy Free and Fat Free and they have very low calories per serving, so they are very good for you! If you're still concerned, make your own, then you’ll truly know what’s in there!!!
   
   
8. How do you get the product out?
   Unlike other old fashion home machines where you would have to dip it out, this machine is self dispensing. By simply lifting the plunger the product dispenses.
   
   
9. Do you have to use your product in the machine?
   No, this machine is so unique that it will make ice cream or slush out of about anything, however if you use other products you might experience guide skates breaking and not optimum performance since Ice Cream and Slush must have the right Brix level (which means proper sugar content) to operate properly, our product is designed with all the right Brix levels and are pre measured for you in a simple easy to open package.
   
   
10. Can you use milk instead of water?
    Yes, all our product are dairy free, however you can add milk to make it dairy.
    
    
11. How much does it make?
    MAKES 1 ½ QUARTS (SIX 8 oz. Cups) per batch.
    
    
12. How hard is it to Clean?
    Zippy Freeze actually cleans itself all you do is put warm water in the machine turn it on, drain and repeat and its clean!
    
    
13. Why would I spend this much for a Ice Cream and Frozen Drink machine?
    All of the above Q&A, plus what we are selling is convenience, I like to use the analogy of the barbeque grill 20 years ago you would pay $19.99 for a barbeque grill, it would require briquettes and liter fluid if you asked someone to pay $1000.00 for a barbeque grill they would have laughed at you, yet today that’s what you pay, because they are now gas and all you have to do is turn it on and your barbecuing. The only difference is the level of convenience it doesn't barbeque any better its just not as much of a pain to barbeque so you do it more. That’s the way it is with Zippy Freeze what we sell is the same level of convenience in Frozen Drinks and Ice Cream except it does make better product it makes it faster and you can do it over and over again, it also does far more. It appeals to the whole family Ice Cream for the Kids and drinks for Mom & Dad.
    
    
14. How much does it weigh?
    It weighs about 50lbs, to make it more portable than a commercial machine is.

    15.25" high by 19" long by 10.5" wide. Its designed to go under your cupboard on your kitchen counter.
    
    
16. What refrigerants do you use?
    All of our refrigerants are environmentally friendly and we use R404A.

    Yes, we can send them right out. It will take up to 5 business day for you to receive it.
    
    
19. Can you use this machine Commercially?
    No! This machine is designed for Residential use only, it simply is too small for commercial use.
    
    
20. How long is the machine expected to last?
    While there is no way of knowing the best answer is that this machine is built much like a Refrigerator and most of them last 20 to 30 years, it is designed for years of use!
